Today the Total Compliance team came together for an Engagement Day at Michelle and Jonathan’s house, where the business first started.

It was a great opportunity to bring the team together for discussions, planning and a bit of sunshine ☀️

The team also put their company knowledge to the test with a business knowledge quiz, which brought out plenty of focus and a little friendly competition.

A brilliant day spent learning, sharing ideas, reflecting on the business and enjoying a BBQ in the sun.
