Next week, we’re heading out with our friends at The Vineking🍷Great W**es - No Nonsense for their annual Winter Tasting, joined by nearly 100 w**e and spirits suppliers.

There’ll be plenty to taste, new favourites to discover, cheeses to tuck into and Christmas gifts to get your hands on. Basically, a pretty good way to spend a Thursday evening.

Blue skies, muddy boots and plenty going on at the vineyard.

We’re enjoying these crisp autumn mornings in Twyford while we get the trellising installation finished. It’s very much an all-paws-on-deck job at the moment!

Trellising gives our vines the support they need to grow, while helping us manage the canopy for good airflow and sunlight exposure.

Lots of work goes into a vineyard long before there’s a bottle to open. 🥂

A formal reintroduction for the pink one. 🩷🥂

We’re here to make a case for keeping a little pink in your glass long after the last of the summer sunshine.

Cosy evenings, autumn suppers, a reason to celebrate… we’d argue there’s always an occasion.

It’s time our English Sparkling White had another moment in the spotlight. 🥂

Recognised as Best Sparkling White at the 2026 Independent English W**e Awards, it’s one we’re particularly proud of.

Expect a toasty richness, hints of pastry and notes of crisp green apple. One to get to know if you’ve not yet met.

W I N E U N P A C K E D

You might have heard the phrase ‘early harvest’… but what does it actually mean? 🍇

Quite simply, it means picking grapes earlier than expected, often because weather conditions affect how quickly they ripen.

After an exceptionally warm, dry summer, our 2026 harvest at Longdown came around sooner than anticipated, bringing the grape picking season forward.

Thankfully, we had a fantastic team of volunteers ready to roll up their sleeves and help bring in the grapes!

That’s the beauty of working with nature. The seasons set the pace, and no two vintages tell quite the same story.

A lot goes into a bottle of w**e: A little patience, plenty of hard work, a lot of learning along the way and a whole lot of love for what you do.

Our first two releases were let loose into the wild earlier this year, and we’re rather pleased with how they’ve turned out.
