Part time Office Administration Assistant in Lofthouse, Pateley Bridge
We are a family run business operating in most groundworksโ aspects. We are seeking an office administrator to assist management with day-to-day duties consisting of:
- Preparing documents for programme works.
- Archiving records such as quarterly documents, project completion documents.
- Running regular checks and updating staff training and plant/machines checks and services.
- Forward relevant documents and other requirements to customers.
- Updating and processing current and future accreditations.
- Monitoring and updating our company website, portfolio and social media pages.
- Inputting purchase invoices in Sage.
Advantage but not essential skills:
- Knowledge or experience on sage.
- Good skills using Excel, Outlook, Word and Powerpoint and Desktop Platforms.
- To greet customers both face to face and on the telephone.
- Accurate, organised, attention to detail and being able to work on their own.
- Cover annual leave.
Other key skills beneficial to the business:
- Previous experience or knowledge in the construction/groundworks industry.
- Agricultural record keeping.
The role is for 18hours per week, specific days to be discuss and agreed.
