📍 This month we have been in the heart of the legal district in Leeds, where Azesta founder- Shirley delivered an engaging and insightful workshop for the team at HGF.

🧠 The session focused on strengthening team effectiveness through a results-focused lens, inspired by Lencioni’s team development model.
The workshop explored questionnaire insights to highlight key strengths across the team, while also identifying valuable opportunities for continued growth.

💥 Together, the group created practical, forward-looking plans to support stronger collaboration, trust and performance as they move ahead.
It was fantastic to see such openness, professionalism and commitment to continuous improvement from a team recognised globally for excellence within the IP sector.

🗺️ Our facilitator tool hire service keeps our resources travelling up and down the country!

From portable tools like Team2 that neatly fit into a bag, to our larger ones like Systeam that need something far more heavy-duty. We’re always managing a steady flow of packaging to keep everything moving safely and efficiently.

🙌 That’s why we’re so grateful to The Reboxt Company, based in Knaresborough, who stepped in last week and supported us with all our packaging needs.

They were able to create numerous custom-sized boxes at super speed, meaning our tool could get to its London venue safely and securely.
