What an incredible evening at the Devil’s Kitchen event!
The Forrester Boyd v Barclays cook-off was a fantastic experience – and the food was absolutely amazing! All in support of two incredible causes: the HEY Smile Foundation and One Hull of a Ride. **Celebrating a Decade of Excellence in HR Consulting!**

Hamilton HR Solutions is 10 years old today! 🎉🎂

It all began with just one client who took a chance on me , and it’s been an incredible ride since then.

So, there I was, trying to figure out how to make this whole business thing work around my family’s schedule. I landed my first client, and let me tell you, it was both exciting and nerve-wracking! But that one client was all I needed to get the ball rolling.

Balancing work and family life has been key. I had to set some ground rules—like specific work hours and making sure I was present for family time. It wasn’t always perfect, but it worked for us. The flexibility of running my own business meant I could be there for nursery and school pick ups, as well as caring for my elderly parents, and that made all the difference.

With each new client, I’ve learned something new. There were definitely some growing pains, but staying adaptable and open to opportunities helped me expand without losing sight of my family priorities.

It’s been a wonderful journey transforming workplaces and empowering businesses to achieve their full potential, whilst balancing family time.

As I celebrate this milestone, I want to thank my husband , clients and associates for their unwavering support over the years. Here’s to the next decade of growth, innovation, and excellence! 🍾
