Due to unexpected power outages we have more than one mast site in the South Wales area currently without power which is affecting some of our customers connections. We have engineers working on a fix for this and we will provide further updates as soon as we have them.

APC WALES - We need to carry out unexpected but necessary maintenance on a mast site in South Wales today - This means that unfortunately some of our customers will be without service for 1-2 hours later this morning.
We apologies for the inconvenience caused but due to only just being advised of planned power outages this weekend, these works today are essential to keep our customers services live over the weekend.

Good Morning.
One of our largest mast sites is without mains power today in South Wales due to UK Power Networks maintenance. We have prepared alternative power for the day and hope that our customers will not see any disturbance on their services. However, there may be slight drops due to the power source being changed over.

If you are an APC Wales customer and have found that your connection this morning has dropped, it is likely to be linked to a mast site that is currently experiencing issues. We have engineers at site to resolve this as soon as possible and will provide further updates when we can.

UPDATE 4pm - The mast issue has been resolved and customers should now have their usual service restored. Thank you for your patience!

Western Power are working at one of our mast sites today in Wales and the mast is without power until approximately 4pm today.
We are sorry for this inconvenience. These works were not planned in advance and therefor we were unable to give fore-warning.

If you have lost your internet connection today this is likely to be why. We will always advise our customers in advance of any planned works, however as this was not pre-planned with us we couldn't do so this time.
