Paddy from our Keyholding & Response Division has worked his way up through the company over the last five years, progressing into an integral part of the team.

Whether responding to intruder alarms, fire alarms and CCTV activations, or carrying out keyholding, lock and unlock services across Northern Ireland, Paddy consistently goes above and beyond to ensure our clients' properties remain safe, secure and operational.

His professionalism, commitment and willingness to support both the team and our clients make him a huge asset to the business and a fantastic example of progression within MSFM.

The dedication shown by Paddy and the wider Keyholding & Response team is particularly evident during periods of heightened demand.
