We're hiring an Operations Coordinator!

As an Operations Coordinator, you will help support the effective delivery of audit projects across Operations by coordinating audits, approving reports to a high standard, supporting auditors, and ensuring completion of projects in line with company objectives. This role combines operational coordination, quality control, and compliance activities, operating flexibly across weekdays, evenings, and weekends to meet business needs.

The role involves working flexibly across Monday-Sunday, 40 hours a month. You will be expected to be available on these days throughout the month. Your work schedule will be done on a rota’d basis and will vary depending on the demands of the business.

✅ Work from home
✅ 40 hours a month
✅ £12.71 per hour, increasing to £13.45 after probation
✅ Start date: W/C 7 September

Serve Legal is looking for a Weekend Operations Assistant to join our Operations team.

This remote role is perfect for someone who is organised, reliable and confident working independently. You'll work closely with our Area Managers to help coordinate audits, review reports and support the smooth running of weekend operations.

✅ Work from home
✅ Flexible weekend hours (6 hours Saturday, 6 hours Sunday)
✅ £12.71 per hour, increasing to £13.45 after probation
✅ Start date: W/C 7 September

⚽🍕 Team social in London!

We had a brilliant evening bringing the team together for football, food and a bit of friendly competition.

We started in Flight Club where we socialised, played games and ate some lovely food and then went to the pub to watch the England vs Argentina game!

Even though the result was slightly disappointing, it was a great chance to connect outside of work, celebrate our successes and enjoy some well-earned downtime together!

Great company, great atmosphere and plenty of team spirit.

What we offer:
Remote working (with just one office day per month)
£27,000, rising to £28,000 after probation
Monday–Friday | 9:00am–5:30pm
25 days holiday + bank holidays
1 Self-Development Day each year
