We are thrilled to share that we have recently welcomed our Spring 2026 Internship Programme group to our office in Chișinău! They have already immersed themselves in their learning journey and are ready to seize every opportunity as they take their first steps into the exciting world of IT.

Over the next three months, they will be honing their skills and gaining valuable insights under the expert guidance of our dedicated mentors and seasoned professionals here at Endava.

Day 2 at DevOpsDays Brașov 2026 wrapped up with great talks, strong technical insights, and even better conversations.

From AI security and DevOps workflows to cloud architecture and infrastructure visualization, today’s sessions sparked a lot of interesting discussions.

Big thanks to our colleagues who took the stage - Răzvan Șerban, Catalin Apetrei, Sergiu Strat and Mihai Alexandru Andrei.

We wrapped up the evening with networking and many conversations that continued long after the talks ended.

Day 1 of DevOpsDays Brașov 2026 is done!

Proud to host the first edition at Endava and bring together the local DevOps community for a day full of great talks, practical insights, and honest conversations.

Special thanks to our Endava speakers Laurențiu Coman and Radu Vunvulea.

A highlight of the day was the panel moderated by Mihai Tisu, featuring Laurențiu Coman, Răzvan Niculaie, and Vlad Sas, who shared real stories about starting a career in DevOps and the skills that matter most in this field.

Last week, our Iași office hosted a full-house Leaders in Tech meetup focused on AI and the Changing Software Landscape.

Together with the community, we explored what AI really means in practice: not just new tools, but a shift in how we build, deliver and scale software. The discussion tackled everything from becoming truly AI-native to how tech careers evolve from junior to senior when adaptability, critical thinking and leadership matter as much as hands-on expertise.

We were proud to have Radu Pinzaru, Regional Head of Data & AI – Europe, representing Endava on the panel, bringing a grounded perspective on combining innovation with methodology, governance and responsible use of AI.

A big thank you to everyone who joined, asked thoughtful questions and shared real experiences. This is exactly why we invest in local communities: to learn together, challenge assumptions and keep raising the bar.

We had the pleasure to once again be part of the conversation on what it takes to turn innovation into real impact at the Slovenian Informatics Days.

Jelena Ječmenić, our Global Client Director, Public Sector, joined a roundtable exploring a key question: with the right infrastructure, data and talent in place, what’s holding us back from scaling results?

The discussion focused on what needs to change, from simplifying complexity to strengthening collaboration across public and private sectors and moving faster from pilots to real-world solutions.

The takeaway is clear. Progress depends not just on what’s available, but on how effectively we connect it.

We brought the tech community together in Ljubljana for an open conversation on AI.

At this special edition of Tea with Reason, hosted with the British-Slovenian Chamber of Commerce, we explored how AI is evolving, from standalone tools to more autonomous, agent-based systems.

Our Global SVP & Head of Data & AI, Richard Pugh, shared perspectives on how AI is reshaping modern organisations, sparking a dynamic discussion around opportunities, challenges and what comes next.

We also explored AI in practice, with David Orešič, Delivery Manager at Endava Slovenia, presenting a public sector case that highlighted how AI can streamline processes, improve efficiency and support better decision-making.

AI isn’t magic - it’s a tool we can guide with clear and precise instructions.

Our colleague Verica Zvekic Pandurov, Development Lead @ Endava Serbia, will challenge this perception at IWD 2026: Break the Pattern conference, organized by KEIK.

In her session Verica will show how a single AI model can take on different “personas”, and how prompt shape tone, arguments, and the flow of conversation through a live AI debate.
