Mr Self Tape Need to do a self tape fast and in the comfort of your own home or setting of your choice? These can be stressful and lonely exercises.

Many actors like myself are having to submit more and more self tapes. I'd love to help you put the fun and professionalism back into self tapes, either in the comfort of your own home or somewhere public. So here's what I want to change and offer:

- I am a professional actor myself, so will give you the sides reading you need to work off.
- I bring all my own equipment.

1 character. 3 scenes. 3 vastly different stories within each. This was Theo’s assignment and he smashed it! Often when we tape we are so acclimatised to head, shoulders, lights and action!

With such a range in the scenes do you think you would only be seen in a mid shot for the whole film? Every tape is an opportunity to show casting what you’ve got, so get creative (where the scenes context and tape guidelines allow).

If you tried on a new pair of shoes, you wouldn’t just sit there with them on? You’d stand, strut about, who know maybe even a little hop and a skip! Show them what you can do with each shot and offer some variety.

It’s your tape, don’t just try it on. Show them what you can do with it!
