Founded in 2013, Alexandra Park BJJ welcomes all would-be grapplers an opportunity to learn the fantastic art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Alexandra Park BJJ is intended for everyone, regardless of age, experience or ability. For more information, please contact Gavin Lewis on:

Sessions:

Mondays: 7.30pm - 9.00pm
Thursdays: 7.30pm - 9.00pm
Saturdays (No-gi):12pm - 1.15pm

All coaches are fully qualified and anyone training at AP BJJ is required to apply for membership of the British Combat Association. About Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a grappling based martial art utilising takedowns, holds, and submissions to overcome a larger and stronger opponent. Rather than relying on brute force, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu focuses on leverage, positional dominance and mechanical efficiency making it an incredibly effective combat and self defense system.
