A small moment from last week’s session with James Winsbury.
We spoke about something many of us experience without always noticing: the constant stream of internal and external noise, and how easy it is to get pulled away from the present moment.
Instead of trying to “switch off” thoughts completely, the focus was on something simpler:
bringing awareness back to the body, grounding yourself, and learning to observe what’s there without getting caught up in it.
A useful reminder that clarity doesn’t come from controlling everything, sometimes it starts with just paying attention.
