❗️IMPORTANT! A new scam is doing the rounds❗️

I just heard this morning (thanks to ) that there is yet another scam doing the rounds. This one is aimed primarily at product-based businesses.

Someone who seems like a real person will send a DM saying they bought a product/products off you and have emailed complaining about them but haven't had a reply. They will include a link or a zip. file to open saying it shows what is wrong with the product/s. DO NOT CLICK ON IT!

Block the account and report it.
