Big thanks to the Team Policumbent for sharing their latest success with us.
With their handtrike 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘂𝘀 and rider 𝗗𝗶𝗲𝗴𝗼 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗺𝗯𝗮𝗿𝗶 - they registered a run of 34.90 km in one hour - a brand new world record in the International Human Powered Vehicle Association in October 2025!

Copying OEM panels in carbon fibre isn't just for looks! - This original Audi R8 sideblade weighed 3.4kg, the carbon fibre replacement is just 0.6kg. 🎬New Video Tutorial : Faster Composites Prototypes 🔥

Full production moulds from tooling board patterns can be time-consuming to produce, expensive, and overkill for pre-production prototypes or one-off mouldings.

In this latest video tutorial, we demonstrate how temporary moulds can be machined directly from low-density PU model board, sealed and then used with the resin infusion process to produce complex, high performance composite structures for a fraction of the time and cost of conventional production methods.

🏁🏎️💨 On route to drop off some carbon parts and a trip to test his car ahead of the Attack Championship 2nd Round at Donington Park , our customer Ilya of visited Easy Composites to show us his amazing Carbon Kevlar Panelled Time Attack Clio 172 Race Car!
