Fylde 3D Designs is a small family run business based in Lytham St Annes on the Fylde coast in Lancashire. We specialise in the design & production of 3D printed models suitable for use with model railways. We produce items that can be commonly found in any town, city or countryside. Where possible we try to make unique items not currently available on the market. We also have the ability to accom

modate a variety of different scales. Our Journey Started in early 2020 with purchasing our first 3D printer. Designing the models was the easy part, getting them printed into a high quality product was something else. 3D printing is a challenging process, however having a BA Honours in Technical Information & Illustration gave me the skills necessary to produce all parts and documentation from concept to final production. After three years refining our designs we have opened the doors to sell our selection of models. At Fylde 3D Designs we are looking to extend our product range and you can contact us with your suggestions and will even consider bespoke one off designs.

We are pleased to announce the successful completion of development and testing for our G.A.T.S.O Speed Camera with Working Flash, now available for purchase in OO-Gauge.

Last year, we shared our plans to create a speed camera that simulates a real camera flash. The development process involved overcoming several technical challenges, and after rigorous testing and refinement, we are excited to bring this product to market.

The camera is fully assembled and equipped with factory-installed LED lighting. Installation requires only connecting the LED wires to the circuit board after securing the camera in place.

We have received positive feedback from our initial inquiries, with some customers expressing interest in purchasing prototypes prior to the official launch.

Currently, the product is available in OO-Gauge, with ongoing efforts to finalize designs for TT and N-Gauge versions. These are expected to be released in the coming months.

A few months ago, we announced that we were diligently working on developing new products and expanding our existing range to include additional scales. We are pleased to inform you that we now offer products in the TT-Gauge (1:120) scale. Currently, our TT-Gauge selection includes 19 products including our popular F00089-Trackside Relay Cabinets, Tents, & Cenotaph. We are Happy to Announce that we have three new products to add to our catalog.

First is our 200L Plastic Barrels in OO-Gauge. These barrels are commonly find in many gardens, allotment or factories and are often used as water buts or storage of chemicals & can add that extra detail within your scene.

Secondly is our 15ft Ladders in OO-Gauge. These ladders will be great to add some visual interest into your scene, weather its for the local window cleaner doing some late spring cleaning in the village or the local fire crew helping retrieve a scared little cat that has managed to get stuck in the nextdoor neighbors tree.

Finally we have released in N-Gauge our Vertical Bar Fencing kit. just like our OO-Gauge version these will make a great addition to any school, park or business looking for some extra security.

These are now available in our webshop you can easily find then in the latest products category. However that is not all we will be releasing more products later this month, keep checking for the latest updates & developments.

Firstly apologies for the lack of news since February. Although we have been fairly quite with news & updates on our website we have been extremely busy behind the scenes with developing custom orders and new exciting products that we are aiming to launch over the coming months.

Today I am excited to announce several new products that we will be releasing starting in May.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Blackpool & North Fylde MRC for inviting us to attend the Club Open Day on Saturday 8th Feb.

We would like to sincerely extend our heartfelt thanks to the Blackpool & the North Fylde Model Railway Club for graciously inviting us to their much-anticipated annual club open day. It was truly a pleasure to engage with the numerous stallholders and enthusiastic club members, which provided us with an invaluable wealth of knowledge about the fascinating world of model railways. The diverse and intricate layouts on display captivated our attention and showcased the incredible creativity and talent present within this beloved hobby. Overall, it was a fantastic and enjoyable day out for the entire family, filled with inspiration, excitement, and memorable moments. Thank you once again for providing us with such a remarkable experience.

Just a quick update. sorry for the lack of posts in recent months we have been busy developing new products and expanding some of our current product range to include N-gauge as well.

We are happy to announce that in early December we will be launching these products.

We will be selling these new products as well as our current range at the Bolton Toy and Collectable Fair on Sunday 1st December At Bolton Stadium Opens 10:30-15:00.
