Starting with in-depth homeowner research, we developed a strategy focused on building trust and developing the brand’s premium positioning before bringing it to life through a new consumer website, targeted paid advertising and digital PR activity.

Naomi and Lauren had a brilliant day at the Northern Marketing Festival today at the stunning Victoria Warehouse!👏

It was a great chance to step away from the day-to-day and hear from people building brands, businesses and communities in really creative ways.

Some standout sessions from the day included rethinking the media mix and the role of traditional channels and bringing back the CreativiTEA with PG Tips - the monkey is officially back!

Earlier this week, we supported with delivering their first roundtable of the year at the Kimpton Clocktower Hotel in Manchester. We brought together SME housebuilders and industry partners to discuss the realities of delivering new homes in today’s challenging market.🏡

The roundtable discussion was centred around the critical role of SME housebuilders and how better collaboration across the supply chain can support them to deliver homes at scale across the UK.

A big thank you to Elaine Middleton for chairing the discussion and to all participants for sharing such valuable and practical insights.
