🍊 The sea of orange hi vis you can see in the photo can mean only one thing – our latest Field Team offsite meeting at Nailsea Baptist Church!

We love getting our Field Teams together to hear all the latest updates from across Pelican, build connections with each other, and recognise team members who have stood out from the crowd.

Meeting in person several times a year is a big part of our culture and we are already planning our next offsite meeting later in the summer!

Last week, we took our Mental Health First Aiders ‘on tour’ to support Mental Health Awareness Week 💚

With our teams based in temporary locations during our office refurbishment project, it’s more important than ever that we maintain connections with each other.

Ensuring our Mental Health First Aiders remain visible is a big way of encouraging this.

It was great to see so many team members visit our pop-up stands to hear more about how we can help, as well as learn more about the steps we can take to support good mental health.

We loved welcoming local video pro Jack Cooke back to Pelican last week to film behind the scenes footage of our office refurbishment!

We also heard from some of our team members on life in our temporary office spaces, offering a glimpse into how we’ve maintained connections with each other and our customers throughout the project.

The end result will paint a picture of this exciting time for us as a business!
