We take immense pride in growing quality grapes on our family farm which stretches from the protected and ecologically diverse water meadows of the River Itchen, to the grassy rolling hills of the South Downs near Winchester. The Raimes Sparkling vineyards are devoted exclusively to the classic Champagne grapes, producing an elegant sparkling wine that captures the beauty of our little pocket of England.

Raimes Tasting Barn is open 11am–5pm every Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Visit us to explore five styles of traditional-method English sparkling wines, alongside our new still Rosé, Precocious. Tastings can be enjoyed with a selection of delicious local produce and grazing boards—making it the perfect excuse for a relaxed visit to the vineyard. Drop-ins always welcome, or you can book an experience such as a vineyard tour and tasting or sparkling cream tea.

We are very excited to now be serving our 2019 Blanc de Blancs. 100% Chardonnay grown on Hampshire chalk soils is a magical combination and then add extended lees ageing of 69 months and the result is totally gorgeous. Come to our wine tasting barn at Hinton Ampner to try it. We are open every Friday Saturday and. Sunday 11-5.
