I have limited availability for food hygiene audits for independent hospitality businesses. These are a great way to prepare for your EHO visit, helping your business achieve the maximum food hygiene rating.

What's included:

✅ A site visit from a qualified Environmental Health Practitioner. You can choose whether to schedule a specific date and time, or receive an unannounced visit during an agreed timeframe.

✅ A full site inspection. I will walk around with the manager, observing practices and building structure. Team members will be asked questions related to their role and guidance given when required.

✅ A full paperwork check. I will look at your food safety management system and HACCP records. Guidance will be provided if records are incomplete or not in line with FSA best practice.

✅ I will give verbal feedback at the end of the audit, including an estimated food hygiene rating. A written report with improvement opportunities will be provided within 3 working days.
