And don’t worry, it doesn’t stay looking this red! The redness is temporary, and goes back to your normal colour after the massage.

What happens after your fat freezing appointment?

Before you leave The Shires Body Clinic, I’ll explain your aftercare so you know what to do at home, when to send your progress photos and how to contact me.

Following your individual instructions matters. We’ll talk through your massage routine and water intake, then review your photographs at three and six weeks.

Changes develop gradually, and everyone responds differently. We allow up to 12 weeks to assess progress, so an early photograph won’t tell the whole story.

And those reviews aren’t an automatic booking for another session. I’ll only recommend further treatment if I believe it’s needed and would provide additional benefit.
