Our webinar session for graduates and students with disabilities on how to apply for the Chevening Scholarship was a success.

How do we know? Because the feedback is in, and 100% of respondents said the session was very useful for their own Chevening application journey.

Participants told us the most valuable parts were the practical, hands-on guidance on how to structure and section their application points, the breakdown of leadership and the STAR(F) framework, and the four key questions every applicant should be ready to answer, on leadership, relationships, course of choice, and future career goals.

Many also pointed to the Q&A as a highlight, along with how accessible the whole session felt.

Many thanks to our speakers, Eleanora Boyo and Gbenga ogundare, for their time and for sharing their stories and experiences with us.

To all prospective applicants who joined the call, thank you for engaging so well with the panel and for your insightful questions.

We hope the session has given you the push you need to believe that you can also do it.

EvriCampus Connect is live!

Connect is our first project at EvriCampus.
Our goal is simple: to build a trusted public platform where students and stakeholders can learn, share, and act on accessibility information.

Most universities have policies on disability inclusion. Very few provide clear, public information about what accessibility actually looks like in everyday campus life.

EvriCampus Connect combines student-led reports with high-level accessibility indicators and verification.

They help students with disabilities understand what to expect, and help institutions see their campuses through lived experience.

You can support this project in two ways.

1. Join our community of contributors who are already sharing accessibility information about their campuses.

2. Become an EvriCampus Ambassador. Ambassadors are the human infrastructure behind our data. They are the people on campuses, in student unions, in disability communities, who know what access actually looks and feels like for students.

We all have our access stories.

Stories of what inspired us to go to university or college, and how we eventually got there.

Stories of near misses and near hits.

But what if we turned those stories into power, to fuel the next generation of students going to college and university?

EvriCampus is building a Disability Guide to Accessing Higher Education in Nigeria, everything a disabled person needs to know to get into, or return to, university. It’s one of the most important things we’re working on this year, and it has to be built on real stories, not just policy.

Right now, disabled students choosing a Nigerian university are literally taking a stab in the dark.

There is no single place to find out which departments are physically reachable, which institutions have a functioning disability support unit, what the law actually entitles you to ask for, or what past students actually experienced navigating access to higher education.

People have relied on word of mouth to make decisions about their future.

EvriCampus is fixing that informational gap, with practical, campus-specific information for anyone seeking to enter, or return to, Nigerian higher education as a student with disabilities.

Deaf-Blindness is a combination of vision and hearing loss that cuts across all populations in all communities. Students in higher education institutions are not exempt.

Touch is the foundation of communication for the Deaf-Blind community.

When the campus community knows this, it becomes easier to provide resources to break down barriers and create accessible spaces in and beyond every classroom.

EvriCampus chooses today in this year's Deaf-Blind awareness week to encourage you to pick up ways to contribute to accessibility for individuals living with Deaf-Blindness, especially on our campuses.
