Momentum is a career acceleration program that focuses on practical training, work shadowing / experience, weekly coaching and mentoring. We aim to help you progress from a basic to an advanced level within 8 to 24 weeks, depending on the discipline. The priority for “Momentum” is professional career experience gained by work shadowing, projects portfolio and mentoring. Momentum is remote training, online coaching and mentoring on a daily and weekly basis, all you need as a participant is a computer/laptop and internet connection to participate in the program.

A useful question we've received is: what actually happens after someone applies?

Career Bridge isn't simply distributing access to everyone who completes a form.

There is a process.

Apply → Screen → Select → Fund where appropriate → Simulate → Prove → Progress.

The Access Fund exists within that process.

I have never met anyone whose life calmed down on schedule.

Protection gets delayed because it is the only pillar with no immediate reward. Earning feels good today. Building feels good this year. Protecting only feels good on the day you need it, and by then it is too late to start.

But it is a very strong signal that people recognise the problem.

Build useful evidence.

And where possible, prevent financial circumstances alone from blocking strong selected candidates.

Founder note.

Career Bridge didn't begin because I thought the world needed another careers website.

It came from repeatedly seeing capable people trapped between learning and opportunity.

Eventually I became obsessed with the question:

How can someone demonstrate capability before an employer gives them the opportunity to do so?

Career Bridge is our attempt to build one answer.

More than 1,200 applications later, the demand is very real.

Now we're raising the Career Bridge Access Fund to help selected candidates who need financial support participate.
