🌟 STAFF SPOTLIGHT – LEAH! 🌟

Today we’re celebrating our wonderful Leah! 💕👏

Leah has been part of our team for 3 years, and she was recently nominated by her team for the incredible difference she makes every day.

💬 What do Leah’s colleagues have to say about her?

🌻 "No matter what is going on, she's always got a smile on her face, and never complains. She has a great sense of humour.

🌻 "Nothing is too much trouble. It is always going to be a good visit when you are doubled up with her. Every double up that I have been on with her, the clients are always laughing and happy. She's just a great person to work with"

🌻 "I nominate Leah for her hard work and doing amazingly with the care she gives to our clients"

🌻 "Its always a pleasure working with Leah. She makes everyone laugh which boosts morale massively. She is also very kind and considerate and cares a lot about how clients are".

It’s clear that Leah isn’t just appreciated for all the hard work she puts in, but also for the laughter, positivity and happiness she brings to those around her.

🎉 Fun fact about Leah: Leah loves miniature things and has collected them since she was 3 years old. How cute is that 🥰

Leah, thank you for everything you do and for being such a bright and cheerful part of our team. We’re so lucky to have you! 🥰

We were lucky to receive a very kind donation of lots of bunches of flowers recently. 💐

We couldn’t think of a better way to share this wonderful gesture than by spreading the joy throughout our community. Our clients were delighted to receive a beautiful bunch of flowers. A lovely gesture that bought smiles to their faces, brightened their homes, and added a little extra happiness to their day. 🥰🌷

Although they wish to remain anonymous, we are very grateful! Your kindness has touched so many of our clients and made a real difference.

Thank you for helping us spread a little love, joy and colour! 💕💐

When you work in a care office, you have to look the part… and Ziggy has even got his own work uniform! 🐶 🌻

He might not do the paperwork, answer the phones or make the tea, but he’s always on hand to provide cuddles, smiles and a bit of emotional support. 🥰

We want to say a huge congratulations to one of our carers, Abigaille Pamela. Abi has been nominated for a "Lifetime Learning Award - Breakthrough Apprentice" 🎉🏆

Abi is a truly deserving nominee for this award. Throughout her Health and Social Care apprenticeship, Abi has demonstrated exceptional commitment, enthusiasm and determination, even completing it ahead of schedule.

What makes Abi stand out is not only her dedication to achieving her qualification, but her genuine passion for using what she has learned to make a positive difference to the lives of the people she supports.

🌟 Good Luck Abi! 🌟

Whatever the outcome, you should be incredibly proud of everything you've achieved and we are so grateful at Rowan House Home Care, to have you as part of our team! 🌻🎉
