These local awards are a fantastic opportunity for networking as well as raising your business profile

The business awards we run across Dorset into Hampshire and Somerset celebrate local business success but they also give businesses a chance to come along enjoy the awards and meet new contacts. That in turn offers the chance for new business - we've had solicitors giving mortgage brokers work, a wedding venue getting booked, legal firms being consulted, printers getting jobs and probably loads more that we dont know about!
People talk, they remember meeting someone and thats the way business is done. You can have the best website, great social media and reviews but a lot of the time its so true that people buy people. Being out and about at Gillingham & Shaftesbury Show this week, chatting to clients, suppliers and some of our Wincombe businesses was great fun. A big thank you to Bloomfields IFA for the most superb hospitality on your ‘best in show stand! We really enjoyed our cream tea🫖It was great to chat with Friars Moor Livestock Health who were cooking up a storm on the barbi when we passed, and to the team from Pangea Insurance Brokers with their lovely stand - complete with horsebox refreshments. Catley Chilled Foods were again entertaining the crowds with their auction style man on the Mic 🎤 We even popped in to thank Homemaker for saving our summer with a fridge for reception!! ☀️ What a day! We were glad to be back in the office today resting our tired toes.
