Over the next few months, the previous Emerald Lounge space will be transformed into a dedicated tenant lounge for everyone based at the Business Village to enjoy.

Whether it’s grabbing some lunch, having a quick meeting, taking a client call or just getting away from the desk for a bit, the space will be there for our tenants to use throughout the day.

Last week, we attended Staffordshire Chambers of Commerce, Let’s Do Business, marking our first year as exhibitors!

We really enjoyed speaking with so many people throughout the day, introducing them to the Village and raising awareness of the office spaces, facilities and business community we have here in Stafford.

It was also lovely to see so many of our own tenants exhibiting and representing their businesses at the event!

Last time we shared an update, the foyer had been carpeted, painted and fitted with new lighting and now the transformation has continued right along the corridor 🙌

With the communal areas nearly complete, work on the individual offices will be starting very soon.

We’re already showing prospective tenants around Floor 2, and if you find the right office for you, we’ll prioritise getting your chosen space completed so you can move in as soon as possible.

The ground floor toilets by the Auditorium have now had a full refresh.

Our amazing team of contractors are currently working their way through the 2nd and 3rd floors of the Octagon Building, before moving over to the Main Building next.

All of our toilets will be getting the same upgrade in the next few months 🙌
