Female wealth is rising rapidly, fuelled by women being the biggest beneficiaries of the great wealth transfer, more women in senior, higher paid roles, and an increase in female entrepreneurship.

FRIDAY WALKS NEWS...

I've not been at Friday walks for a couple of weeks as I've been away - BUT I am very excited to be back tomorrow!

Friday walks is all about encouraging people to take a break from work, get out in nature and breathe in some fresh air - the benefits are endless! So rain or shine, we get out there and just take some time for us!

We meet at the same time every week - 1pm - and meet on the footbridge at Needham Lake, Needham Market, Suffolk. Anyone is free to join us - just rock up! No pressure, no formalities just come along and have a walk.

Now that the employment law changes have come into effect, it’s time to review your employment contracts. Your templates will almost certainly need updating, particularly around;

✔️ Employee rights
✔️ Working arrangements
✔️ Pay, leave and entitlements

This is important for all organisations because your contracts need to align with the law. If there’s any outdated or unclear contract wording, you could be at risk of disputes, grievances or even legal claims.

How is everyone? How's your week been?

Mine's been pretty busy with lovely new clients, networking and my worst thing... VAT Return! However, it's Friday tomorrow and I am looking forward to my one, guaranteed, scheduled break in the week!

Every Friday I organise a lunchtime walk, along with Alan Ridealgh from Humber Doucy Brewing Company, aimed at encouraging people to take a break and get outside for some fresh air - it makes a world of difference.

If you're (relatively) local to Needham Market in Suffolk, why not join us? It's very relaxed, we meet at 1pm on the footbridge at Needham Lake and take a wonder and sometimes have a coffee after. You'll be more than welcome.
