EXPERIENCED WINDOW FITTER’S MATE / HELPER WANTED

Silent View Windows Ltd – Thame

We’re looking for an experienced fitter’s mate/helper to join our window installation team.

You don’t need to be a fully qualified window fitter, but you must be practical and have experience working on site or within a skilled trade.

Previous experience in the window and door industry would be ideal, but we would also consider someone with carpentry, joinery or similar trade experience.

This is not a position for someone completely green to construction or site work. We need someone who knows their way around tools, understands how to work safely and efficiently, and can properly assist an experienced fitter.

You’ll need to be:

• Reliable and hardworking
• Confident using hand and power tools
• Experienced in windows, carpentry or another relevant trade
• Able to work well alongside our fitters
• Tidy and respectful when working in customers’ homes
• Willing to learn and progress

👏 Today marks Freddie's first anniversary with the Silent View Windows team.

Pictured on the right, Freddie has had a fantastic first year with us. From day one, he's shown a brilliant attitude. We couldn't be happier with the progress he's made, and we're excited to see where his career takes him.

Standing alongside Freddie is Dean, who recently joined the Silent View Windows team. Dean brings 12 years of window and door fitting experience with him. We're very pleased to have him as part of our team.

At Silent View Windows, we know that windows don't install themselves, it's the people behind every project who make the difference.
