Sometimes it's the little moments that remind you why we do what we do.

Today I answered a call from someone placing an order for one of our clients.
Before we finished, he asked for my name because he wanted to leave me a Google review.

When I told him my name, he laughed and said, "I've already left you one, Becky!"

He had... over a year ago.

He still remembered me and the impression I'd made.

It genuinely made my day.

We answer thousands of calls every month on behalf of our clients, so knowing that even one conversation left a lasting impression means a lot.

It's a reminder that every call matters. ❤️
