COMING SOON - www.countercrimepartnership.uk/farm-link

Diesel thieves often target fuel tanks on farms and construction sites and from lorries, trucks, tractors and generators.

If you store diesel, simple steps such as securing tanks, using motion-activated lighting and checking fuel levels regularly can make you a much harder target.

Know someone who uses tractors, lorries or plant machinery or stores fuel on site? Share this advice with them.

For more specialist crime prevention advice, including equipment, tool and heavy machinery security, visit the Rural Crime pages on our website.

Report any thefts to police via our website. If it’s a crime in progress, ring 999. Information you provide helps us to identify emerging crimes and develop operational tactics to tackle them.
