To get the best out of your VA there are three 'musts' I recommend following.

👉 Define the task - be as clear as you possibly can on what it is you want, and if you're not sure about anything, just as your VA, they will likely have the experience to be able to bounce ideas around.

👉Be specific - give examples if you can of what you like if the task is creative, or if there's anything really important they should know, make sure you relay that. The more detail you can give, the better.

👉 Create a due date - if you need a task doing by a certain time, let them know, otherwise they may assume it's not a priority.

Lisa came to me last year to create lead magnets and training programmes for her Trichology business, but wasn't feeling confident with the tech.
