👑 Behind the scenes at Unity Gifts 👑

Here’s a look at the process behind creating our busts of King George III and Queen Charlotte.

From the initial 3D design and printing, through to mould making, resin casting, cleaning, painting and the final finish — every stage takes time, skill and attention to detail.

We combine traditional casting and finishing techniques with modern 3D technology, all carried out here in our Yorkshire workshop.

It’s always great seeing these projects go from a digital model to a finished piece you can actually hold.

🏛️ Bringing History Back to Life 🏛️

Here’s a behind-the-scenes look at one of our latest projects – a 1:1 scale replica of the Caiaphas Ossuary, one of the most significant archaeological discoveries from first-century Jerusalem.

Every detail has been carefully recreated, from the intricate carved floral decoration to the domed lid and authentic limestone finish. Designed and manufactured in our Yorkshire workshop, this museum-quality replica is suitable for museums, heritage attractions, educational displays, film productions and private collections.
