Collection today, agreed purchase Tuesday collected by 1pm wednesday it's that easy! Unfortunately this caravan is a little bit "tired" what with the damp, soft floor and broken window bar to mention just a few of its faults !

Doesn't stop me buying it though!

We buy absolutely all types of touring Caravans - motor homes - camper/day vans and anything towable! Age/condition etc is irrelevant there's not much we say No too! 😂

First trip coming up? Don’t let the excitement make you forget the basics! 😁

Check tyre condition and pressures, road lights, hitch and breakaway cable. Make sure the steadies are raised, doors and rooflights are secure, and everything inside is safely packed. Loading and noseweight matter too!

Follow the manufacturer’s guidance for wheel fixings and towing checks. If it’s been standing for a while or something feels wrong, get it checked before setting off.

Well what a lovely day it's been! Two services completed, found a few issues today luckily catching a couple leaks early on before any real damage has been done so that's all set to be re-sealed preventing further issues!

It was wet and very windy but didn't stop the work being done ✅

Today was a prime example of why annual servicing is so important, if these small leaks weren't caught now they'd have ended up becoming a huge issue in the future, water ingress is probably a caravans biggest killer, especially when it's in hidden areas where you might not notice until it's too late.
So get your service booked for peace of mind and to hopefully safeguard yourself and your caravan against future issues and costly repair bills!

Putting the caravan away for winter? A little preparation now can save a headache when you open it up again!

Drain the water system properly, keep the interior clean and dry, leave fixed ventilation clear and look after the battery according to its instructions. Don’t forget tyres, seals and security either!

It’s also a good time to get any little faults sorted before they become next season’s problems. Give me a shout if yours needs attention!
