Join Our Team - Home Care Assistants Wanted.
Due to an increase in care packages we are looking for compassionate, reliable and dedicated Home Care Assistants to join our growing team on bank & permanent basis in Wem & Surrounding areas.

What you'll Do
* Provide personal care and support
* Assist with medication
* Help with meal preparation and light household duties
* Offer companionship & emotional support
* Support clients with shopping, appointments and daily activities

What We're Looking For
* Kind, patient and dependable individuals
* Excellent communication skills
* A genuine desire to make a difference
* Experience in care is welcome but not essential, as full training will be provided
* Driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred

We all had wonderful afternoon for our Christmas Lunch.
Big thank you to The Castle Pub for holding our event this year, the food was lovely.

We have 2 vacancies coming available for a Home carer to provide outstanding care to people in their own homes.
Vacancy 1 is for 15-25 Hours per week
Vacancy 2 is for 10-15 Hours per week.
Morning shifts are 8am - 2.30pm, Evening runs 4-6pm or 6pm-10pm, we can be flexible on shifts worked, but must be able to commit to 1 evening a week and every other weekend (please note weekends on are not full days and you wont be working 8am-10pm unless you want to.
We offer:
* Free uniform, Coat & Bag
* Free DBS
* Opportunities to progress and gain diploma's in health and social care.
* Yearly tax free bonus every summer and Christmas after 12 months of service.
* All training provide and paid

We are recruiting for a part time care worker to help care and support for our lovely clients in Wem.
We can be flexible on days worked, shifts start at 8am to around 2pm, teas from 4pm- 6pm and then evening runs 6pm-10pm, must be able to work 1 evening a week & every other weekend.
We are an employee owned company that comes with a yearly bonus after 12 months of service.
