This Field Training Exercise (FTX) I went on a few months ago with the cadets was a great reminder that even with the most thorough preparation, working outdoors means constantly adapting to changing weather, terrain, and timing.

The secret isn't having a rigid plan that breaks at the first sign of friction, it’s building resilient systems that allow your team to pivot smoothly without losing focus.

Nothing beats quality time spent together, especially when it involves classic military vehicles, big machinery, and a bit of history! 🚜🎖️

Had such a brilliant time exploring the Capel Military Show with my son back in July. Between the arena displays, checking out the historic kit, and soaking in the atmosphere, it’s always one of those weekend highlights.

Balancing work and family means making the most of moments like these, doing things we both love.
