We'd like to introduce one of our newer tenants - Paramount Visas 👋

Founded by Hannah Black, Paramount Visas provides visa and passport services to the entertainment industry, helping artists and crew navigate the paperwork that comes with working around the world.

Hannah started out working from home, but found that the nature of the role (largely online, often fast-paced) made it a pretty isolating experience. After hot desking for a while, it became clear that a permanent base was the next step. Somewhere to set up properly, without packing everything away at the end of each day.

She joined us at the centre, and things have moved quickly since. Paramount Visas has just welcomed their second team member and upgraded to a bigger room to match.

It's been brilliant watching the business grow, and we're glad to be part of the journey. Welcome, Hannah and the Paramount Visas team! 🌟

This Mental Health Awareness Week's theme is 'Action"💚

So, we've put together three small but impactful actions you could take this week:

1. For yourself
Do one thing that genuinely recharges you. A walk, a proper lunch break, an early night. Not productive. Just for you.

2. For someone else
Check in on a business owner you've not heard from in a while or send a short message to say you appreciate the work that they do.

3. For your community
Buy some flowers for the office or take the team on a coffee run and most importantly, encourage your team to talk openly about mental health.

Jamie Clarke Counselling offers professional, confidential counselling for anyone who needs it, whether that is face-to-face right here at our centre or online from the comfort of your own home.

What started as a solo practice has grown into a team of four, which says a lot about how much people value their work.

Mental health matters to all of us here at Westerfield. If you or someone you know has been thinking about talking to someone, this week is a great reminder that support is out there.
