Our resident artist has been nominated for Surrey Artists Open Studios artist of the year New Ashgate Gallery and there is an article about the 17 finalists in the Farnham Herald with Becca Clegg Studio painting with the article

A lovely feature in the Farnham Herald this week. Thank you to Paul Coates and the Herald for shining a spotlight on Surrey Artist of the Year 2026 and our 17 shortlisted artists.
The exhibition continues at New Ashgate Gallery until 7 November, alongside One Year On by our 2025 winner, Hilary Peat.

Come and see the work and cast your vote for Surrey Artist of the Year 2026. Public voting is open until 23 October at noon.

I know I retired, but I didn't really 😂

As well as spending many days doing whatever I wish to, I occasionally craft at The Art House and visit the multiple small businesses at The Mayford Centre Surrey

The fabulousness that is Ros, from Betty & Claude in unit 113, is taking a short break this week. So you can find me holding the fort for her between 11.00am and 2.00pm on Thursday and Friday.

If you have not seen her range of childrens and women's clothing and accessories ..... why not!

There are so few clothing stores locally, this gem of a studio is well worth a visit. And it would be lovely to see you 😊
