We are excited to announce the launch of The Rural Property Group πŸ‚πŸŒΎπŸšœπŸ„πŸ‘πŸ‘

Based in Ombersley in Worcestershire, The Rural Property Group (TRPG) will combine planning, design, land promotion, acquisition, and development services under one new umbrella Group structure.

TRPG's mission is to help farmers and landowners across the Midlands and Cotswolds maximise the value of their land and buildings through:
🌿Comprehensive planning and design consultancy services for all rural properties
🌿Land promotion structures with no-win, no-fee arrangements for land, farmyards and barns
🌿Acquisition of farm and rural property with or without planning

βœ… Importantly, The Rural Planning Co will remain exactly as it is, operating under the leadership of Hannah Moule and Sally Moore, and will continue to act independently for clients nationwide. That will not change. βœ…

If you’re a landowner, agent or developer with rural land and development potential, we’d be delighted to talk.

What a fabulous event! We were delighted to attend the Ombersley Cricket Club 2026 Business Lunch, held in College Hall, Kings School, Worcester alongside the sponsors Gemini Property.

The event was hosted superbly by local lad, Philip Serrell with fabulous guest speaker, Phil Tufnell who gave some brilliant anecdotes from his international cricket days.

All funds raised will go towards the Ombersley Cricket Club pavilion re-development project.
