Well, this was a job and a half!

Our customer was having real problems selling his bungalow due to their relative having spray foam loft insulation installed in the early 2010's. They were told that waiting for a cash buyer was their only option 👎

This is a problem for anyone buying or selling a house, as your surveyor will not be able to check the supporting roof structure for moisture intrusion, as the foam covers the trusses and can also trap water 🫣 As such your mortgage may be affected 😭

Sub 86 came to the rescue for this customer and as you'll be able to see, this roof space looks so much better 🙌

And before anyone asks, yes, fibreglass is REALLY itchy, even with all the protective equipment on 🤣

This beautiful BMW E30 came to us thick with waxoyl on the underside. 🤢

The customer wanted the waxoyl removed and any rust exposing.❄️

As you can see from the results, we got this wonderful E30 back to factory fresh and made our customer very happy, what a result 😎
