🚨ATTENTION🚨

I really don’t like having to make posts like this, as I never want my page to feel negative, but after having 7 or more clients arrive late for their appointments recently, I feel it’s something I need to address.

My days are planned back-to-back, with each dog having their own allocated time slot. Although a few minutes might not seem like a big deal, even a small delay can have a knock-on effect on the rest of my day, impacting other dogs, their owners’ collection times and my ability to keep everything running smoothly.

I completely understand that life happens, traffic can be unpredictable and sometimes things don’t go to plan. However, please remember that my time is just as important as yours, and I work hard to ensure every dog receives the time, care and attention they deserve.

Arrivals of 15 minutes late or more may result in your appointment being refused or cancelled resulting in loss of your deposit. This is because I may no longer have enough time to complete your dog’s groom properly without affecting the appointments that follow.

As a small business, my time is my income, and I simply cannot afford for my entire working day to fall behind because of lateness.

Thank you for understanding💜🐾

Just a quick reminder that the salon will be closing at 1pm tomorrow as I’m taking a little half day to celebrate my birthday weekend.

Thank you for your understanding, and I’ll be back to my usual hours as normal on Monday🐾
