We want to let customers know about some temporary changes to our Town Post Office opening hours for next week.

Opening times:
📅Monday 31st August - CLOSED
📅 Tuesday 1st September – Open 8:30am - 10:30am, then closed for the rest of the day
📅Wednesday 2nd September – Open 8:30am - 10:30am, then closed for the rest of the day
📅Thursday 3rd September – Open 8:30am - 10:30am, then closed for the rest of the day
📅Friday 4th September – Open 8:30am - 10:30am, then closed for the rest of the day
📅Saturday 5th September - CLOSED

If you’ve been lucky enough to head away on holiday this summer, you may have come home with a few leftover foreign notes or coins. Rather than leaving them tucked away in a drawer, you can donate them to the Channel Islands Air Search Currency Appeal.

Our Currency Appeal, in partnership with BATIF Bureau De Change , turns unwanted foreign currency into vital support for our life-saving service across the Channel Islands.

Donations can be made through our collection boxes throughout the Islands (including at the Alderney, Guernsey and Jersey Airports*, as well as the passenger terminals at St Peter Port and St Helier Harbours). In Guernsey, you can use one of our Freepost currency envelopes, and larger quantities can also be dropped off at BATIF Bureau de Change at Envoy House, La Vrangue.

*The collection device at Jersey Airport is airside.
