Practical completion achieved at Plaza House Phase 2.
Nearly a year after Suntera Global first engaged POS Interiors, we’re pleased to have completed the final stage of their office fit-out at Plaza House.
Across both phases, our role has covered the full process from design, specification and cost planning through to project management, fit-out delivery and completion.
Phase 1 saw the delivery of a 12,000 sq ft Cat B fit-out across the first floor. Phase 2 has now completed on the ground floor, adding a further 5,000+ sq ft of high-quality workspace focused around a new staff breakout area and client suite.
The new ground floor includes a branded welcome area, meeting rooms, boardroom facilities, acoustic treatments, integrated AV and room booking technology, bespoke finishes, and a carefully selected furniture package.
It has been a brilliant project to be part of, and the feedback from Suntera and visitors to the space has been fantastic.
