Maccabi Israel and LockOnCam Form a Strategic Partnership
Following a successful pilot in clubs, the encrypted system will be implemented across Maccabi Israel associations to prevent harassment, strengthen the sense of security, and protect athletes' privacy.

Dr. Eli Antopolsky, CEO of LockOnCam, said: “When parents send their children to practice at a sports club, they want to know that their children are in a safe and empowering environment. Ensuring the safety of children, and of course their privacy, deserves a practical solution. Every athlete deserves a sense of security, and the professionals who accompany them deserve trust and peace of mind.”
Maccabi Israel CEO, Naor Galili, added: “This move sets a new standard of protection, security, and transparency in Israeli sports. It is an integral part of a sports club's responsibility toward its male and female athletes, and toward the families who place their trust in us. We chose LockOnCam as a technological partner out of a belief in combining organizational culture, responsibility, and innovation. The successful pilot that was conducted is an important step toward expanding this initiative. The system is accessible to all Maccabi Israel associations, and we invite the associations to join us.”

When I present the benefits of our discreet documentation system for personal meetings -especially the complete protection of participants’ privacy - I often share our Lockoncam principle:

At LockOnCam, we are committed to ensuring absolute data privacy in our discreet recording systems. This promise is backed by cutting-edge technology and the guidance of leading experts in the field — led by Yigal Unna, our VP Cyber Security Consulting.

From 2018 to 2022, Mr. Unna served as Director General of the Israel National Cyber Directorate, the main operational agency safeguarding Israel’s cyber space and critical infrastructure, where he led 350 employees across all aspects of cyber security. Prior to that, he was the founding Executive Director of the Technology Cyber Unit in the National Cyber Bureau and spent 23 years with the Israel Security Agency (Shabak) in cyber warfare and signals intelligence, eventually heading the Cyber and SIGINT Operations Division.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Unna served as an officer in Unit 8200 of the IDF. He holds a B.A. in History and an M.B.A., both from Tel Aviv University.

Thank you to Maccabi Israel for the successful completion of a pilot program using the DuaLoc encrypted documentation system, designed to enhance the safety and privacy of both instructors and athletes at the association's sports centers.

The feedback forms are now being thoroughly reviewed and will soon be presented to Maccabi Israel. This collaboration, especially during such a challenging time, is deeply appreciated.

כחלק מההסכם, מכבי ישראל נכנסת כבעלת מניות בלוקונקם.
מכבי ישראל מייצגת למעלה מ-170 מועדוני ספורט בארץ והכנסת ה"מצפנה" לחדרי הטיפול והאימון באגודות תסייע למועדוני הספורט בישראל לייצר סביבת אימון וטיפול בטוחה יותר תוך שמירה על פרטיותם של הספורטאים ואנשי הצוות.
החברה מתכננת להחדיר את מערכות התיעוד המוצפן מוגנות הפטנטים כבר בתחילת 2026 לשוק האמריקאי.
