𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗽𝗼𝗹𝗶𝘀 𝟮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 – 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮, 𝗜𝘁𝗮𝗹𝘆 – 𝟮𝟳-𝟯𝟭 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱

The second edition of 𝗖𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗣𝗢𝗟𝗜𝗦 took place in Matera, Italy, a UNESCO World Heritage city widely recognised for transforming cultural heritage into a catalyst for local innovation and community-led development. 🏛️✨

Hosted by 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘇𝗶𝗼 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗵𝘂𝗯, a leading organisation in creative entrepreneurship and cross-sector collaboration, the programme offered 18 Ukrainian professionals a week-long immersion into Matera’s creative ecosystem and the methodologies that have shaped its long-term transformation. 🤝🌍

🇪🇺 🚀 After the confirmation of our 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 in March, we are happy to share another great news as 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗵𝘂𝗯 𝗷𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗟𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲 𝗦𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀.

We will continue our work on guiding the organisations interested in 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗖𝗖𝗦 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, adding a special focus on how to build and develop Regional Skills Partnership to support creative and cultural sectors looking at better policies, programs and ecosystems thriving skills development. Ad ArtLab Bari abbiamo presentato la RSP Italy Creative South, una nuova alleanza che mette insieme istituzioni, cluster creativi, enti di formazione e agenzie di sviluppo per rafforzare le competenze nelle industrie culturali e creative del Mezzogiorno.
Coordinata da materahub e inserita nel quadro del Pact for Skills europeo, la partnership guarda alla programmazione ESF+ 2028–2035 con una prospettiva chiara: 𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝘂𝗻 𝗲𝗰𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗮 𝗽𝗶𝘂̀ 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗼, 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼 𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗼.

Al centro del confronto, una domanda concreta: 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘴𝘪 𝘴𝘶𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘢 𝘭𝘢 𝘧𝘳𝘢𝘮𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘻𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘥𝘦𝘭 𝘴𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘮𝘢 𝘱𝘦𝘳 𝘳𝘪𝘴𝘱𝘰𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘢𝘪 𝘣𝘪𝘴𝘰𝘨𝘯𝘪 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘪 𝘥𝘪 𝘤𝘩𝘪 𝘭𝘢𝘷𝘰𝘳𝘢 𝘯𝘦𝘭𝘭𝘢 𝘤𝘶𝘭𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘢 𝘦 𝘯𝘦𝘭𝘭𝘢 𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘪𝘵𝘢̀?

Tre le direttrici emerse:
🔹 Strategia: allineare politiche europee, strategie regionali e fabbisogni dei territori
🔹 Metodo: usare dati e skills intelligence per leggere i cambiamenti del lavoro e anticipare i bisogni formativi
🔹 Reti: rafforzare le connessioni tra territori, enti formativi e imprese creative, superando i compartimenti chiusi del sistema

In questo quadro, un ruolo chiave è giocato dalla rete di Porta Futuro Bari e dai partner della Regional Skills Partnership — tra cui UNISCO, IFOA, Informa Scarl e Consorzio Mestieri Puglia — i impegnati ogni giorno su orientamento, occupabilità e competenze.

Non solo una presentazione, ma un invito a trasformare una sperimentazione in un percorso strutturato: una piattaforma capace di generare impatto reale sul territorio.

Il prossimo passo è già fissato: 𝗱𝘂𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶 𝗮 𝗹𝘂𝗴𝗹𝗶𝗼 2026, per entrare nel vivo del lavoro sulle competenze e sulle fratture del sistema.
