NNP1PC is conducting bidding to select eligible company/contractor to implement Detailed Inspection of GMCB (Generator Main Circuit Breaker) at the Main Powerhouse” (the “Works”).

The Owner invites interested bidders to complete the bidding process for the Services by submitting a technical and financial bid (the Proposals).

Contract Term: 30 days (From January to February, 2027).

Interested bidders are invited to attend Pre-Bid meetings at the Owner’s Site, Hatgniun Village, Bolikhan District, Bolikhamxay Province, Lao PDR or via web meeting at 14:00 on Wednesday, 17 June 2026 or at 10:00am on Thursday, 18 June 2026.

On 1–2 June 2026, staff of Nam Ngiep 1 Power Company (NNP1PC) and contractors planted 300 Champa trees along the access road connecting the company accommodation area to operational sites. In the years ahead, the trees will create a vibrant and welcoming pathway while contributing to a greener environment.

Organized in celebration of National Tree Planting Day, the activity reflects NNP1PC’s ongoing commitment to environmental stewardship under its Environmental Management System.

Following the successful renewal of ISO 14001:2015 certification, this initiative also marks another step of NNP1PC's journey toward the transition to ISO 14001:2026, reinforcing its dedication to sustainable operations and continuous environmental improvement.

Viewing of vehicles shall be upon request from 9:00am to 4:00pm, from Monday to Friday on appointment by calling +856-21-261251 at least two (2) days in advance to the viewing date.

Viewing will start from the date of this Notice for Sale and will end one day prior to the closing date of the bid at the Vientiane Office, 2nd Floor of Sky City Building, Sibounheuang Village Chanthabouly District, Vientiane Capital, Lao PDR.

Nam Ngiep 1 Power Company participated in a company presentation session held at National University of Laos at Dongkok on May 6th, 2026, where representatives from various companies shared experiences and insights with university students.

Representing NNP1PC, Mr. Somsavath PHANTHADY, HR Manager, introduced the Nam Ngiep 1 Hydropower Project, and the importance of sustainable energy development in supporting the country’s economic growth and regional power cooperation.

During the session, students showed strong interest in the project and actively participated in the discussion by raising a wide range of questions regarding company operations, and career opportunities in the energy sector. The Company appreciated the opportunity to engage with students and exchange views with the next generation.

NNP1PC remains committed to contributing to sustainable development in Laos not only through reliable power generation, but also through knowledge sharing, human resource development, and long-term engagement with local communities and stakeholders.
