රුදුරු වෙස් ගෙන එදා නුඹ,
ඉවුරු තලමින් ගලා ගිය හැටි...
බොර පාට දිය කඳක් වී,
සැඩ පහරින් හුස්ම හිර කළ හැටි...

දුක් මහන්සියෙන් තැනූ කැදැලි,
ක්ෂණයෙන් මහ දියට බිලි දී...
දහසක් හීන බොඳ කර දමා,
ගියා නුඹ හිතුවක්කාර වී...

සෙනෙහසින් බැඳි ජීවිත පවා,
නුඹේ පතුලේ සඟවාගෙන...
අද ගලනා අපූරුව බලන්,
කිසිත් නොවුන විලසින් හෙමින...

නුඹේ දිය දහරේ සිහිලස,
අපේ උණු කඳුලින් රත් වෙලා...

**Itinerary:** Katunayake -> Sigiriya -> Kandy -> **Kithulgala > Nuwara Eliya -> Ella -> Yala -> Galle -> Colombo.

* **Day 01:** Arrival and visit Sigiriya. (Accommodation: Sigiriya).
* **Day 02:** Sigiriya Rock and Elephant Safari. (Accommodation: Sigiriya).
* **Day 03:** Visit Kandy via Dambulla, Matale. Visit the Temple of the Tooth. (Accommodation: Kandy).

* **Morning:** Depart from Kandy for Kitulgala (2.5 - 3 hours drive).
* **Afternoon:** **Kithulgala White Water Rafting**.
* *Options:* If you are not into water sports, you can go for a swim in the natural pools of the Kelani River or visit the prehistoric "Belilena" cave.
* **Evening:** Spend a peaceful evening on the banks of the Kelani River. Kitulgala is famous for bird watching.
* **Accommodation:** **Kithulgala** (a riverside hotel or a luxury camping (Glamping) experience is very suitable for Italians).

# # # # 🆕 Day 05: Little England through the waterfalls (Nuwara Eliya)
* **Morning:** Enjoy the morning beauty of the Kitulgala environment and depart for Nuwara Eliya.
* **Enroute:** Visit the beautiful waterfalls **Devon** and **St. Clare** on the Hatton Road. This journey through tea estates is very beautiful.
* **Evening:** Reach Nuwara Eliya. Walk near Gregory Lake and visit the colonial buildings of the city.
* **Accommodation:** Nuwara Eliya.
