Have you already heard Steve Rachmad's new album 'Light and Time'?

The album came out last Friday on Dekmantel. It's a clear departure from the club-built techno Steve's known for, trading rhythm for orchestral arrangement and ambient texture, tracks made to be sat with rather than danced to, some of them reaching back to the electro-funk that first got him into electronic music as a teenager.

45 years in, and Steve's still exploring. 'Light and Time' isn't a look back, it's him figuring out what else this sound can do.

Another legendary weekend at Dekmantel for the AD Sound team & friends 💕

On Saturday, we continued the celebrations of Steve Rachmad aka STERAC 45 years in music with the release of brand new album ‘Light and Time’ + album signing on the festival grounds, and an interview with dear friend Dimi Angélis

On Sunday, the energy stayed up dancing to Parallel 9 playing b2b Richard Akingbehin on the RADAR stage, and later with a 100% hardware 100% improvised jam between Steve and Lady Starlight at the UFO I 🛸
on top of that, we also celebrated the boss’ Manuela Budimilic bday 🎉
