• Supervise teams and ensure quality delivery of programs

🔹 3. Business Development Officer

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
Experience: Minimum 3+ years

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare technical and financial proposals and reports
• Handle procurement processes and bidding documents
• Coordinate with clients and identify business opportunities
• Support organizational growth and partnerships
• Experience in consulting/development sector preferred

🔹 4. Project Engineer

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Master’s in Construction Management / Engineering Management (preferred)

Experience:

• Experience in infrastructure or development projects preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Project implementation, supervision, and coordination
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants
• Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and records
• Support technical and management aspects of projects
