7 years of Think Aloudā€¦ and what a day it turned out to be šŸ„¹

Started with the grand surprise planā€¦ except the popper DID NOT pop šŸ¤£ And there was my team, all ready at the door waiting dramatically, only for it to turn into the most hilarious, uncontrollable laugh to kick off the day šŸ˜‚

BOOM' surprises, gifts, laughterā€¦ my team really said today, youā€™re celebrating properly šŸ˜Œ

From the sweetest cake to OMG the watch Iā€™ve always wanted šŸ„¹- I honestly canā€™t thank them enough for the love they bring. Truly blessed to have this team.
We ditched work (as we should ), tried pottery (letā€™s just sayā€¦ most of us failed šŸ˜­), while @2.unterwegs & Manju casually showed off their hidden creative side šŸ‘
Food, fun, endless laughterā€¦ and yes, we even gave in to the Gen Z ā€œ6-7 trendā€ šŸ˜‚

When your whole team is Gen Z, this millennial has no choice but to keep up šŸ˜…

But on a serious noteā€¦
I still canā€™t believe something I started as a small trial is now 7 years strong. Grateful for everyone who has been part of this journey-past, present, and all the amazing clients weā€™ve worked with.

There is something special about sitting down with the end-of-year activity report. Itā€™s not just data; itā€™s a story of what weā€™ve built at Think Aloud

2025 has been a year of "full circle" moments. From supporting strategy development for organizations ranging from government bodies to UN agencies, to developing partnership plans for NGOs from Somalia to Germany, the scope has been truly humbling.

We also had the privilege of being 100% involved in the planning and launching of a Fellowship for women-based organizationsā€”a project close to our hearts. And, our personal highlight of the year: supporting a major Book project as photo researchers and managing credit clearance.

It wasn't without its challenges. We said goodbye to two of our gems, but we also welcomed excited new faces to the fold. Weā€™ve learned from our mistakes and now, we look forward to 2026.
