Thank you Cheryl Mokaraka-Crump from Florist for the glorious floral tribute you gift to our guest speaker each month, and we're totally loving the very cool business card presentation you offer each month. ❤

A BIG Thank you to Ruth Smallwood from The Alternative Bread Co. who spoke at the July event of the Whangarei Business Womens' Network . We loved her down-to-earth, heartfelt story of her business and her journey into business, which wasn't intentional. Sometimes following your passion can take you places you never imagined right?

A couple of pearls from her talk ...
🥖 Remember your 'why' for doing what you do - it's your compass - always.
🍞 Focus on your database to grow your business - these are your people.
🥖 An end-of-day brain dump to clear the mind and be present at home.
🍞 Not every opportunity is an opportunity - if you're uncertain, go back to your 'why'.

We ❤ the inspiration you gifted us Ruth - thank you. Oh, and please remember to visit Ruth at The Alternative Bread Co. and follow her page. 😁

We were delighted to welcome 5 'first-time' guests to the July event of the Whangarei Business Womens' Network this month. The WBWN is a great place to make connections and meet women offering personal and professional services. We've also heard on the grapevine that one of our attendees made two positive leads, one of which has been converted into business already! And, a show of hands indicated that around 90% of our guests met someone new. We're stoked!!
Please remember to tag yourself and on-share our pictures from the lovely Sarah Marshall Photography!
