✅ Check ang pwesto ng modem/router
➡️ Siguraduhing walang tulo ng tubig, basa, o “luha” sa pader malapit sa modem.

✅ Iwasan mabasa ang adaptor at extension
➡️ Delikado po ito at maaaring maging sanhi ng short circuit.

✅ Patayin at tanggalin sa saksakan kapag sobrang kidlat ⚡
➡️ Para iwas damage sa modem/router dahil sa power surge.

✅ Siguraduhing maayos ang bentilasyon ng modem
➡️ Iwas overheating lalo na kapag mainit + maalinsangan panahon.

✅ Iwasan patungan ng gamit ang modem/router
➡️ Para hindi madaling uminit o mawalan signal.

✅ Kapag nawalan ng internet after brownout
➡️ Try muna i-restart ang modem:
1️⃣ Turn off modem
2️⃣ Unplug for 30 seconds
3️⃣ Plug and turn on again

✅ Panatilihing tuyo ang fiber cable area
➡️ Kapag may tubig o moisture, maaaring magdulot ng LOS/red light issue.

✅ Gumamit ng AVR or surge protector kung possible
➡️ Extra protection para sa inyong modem 😊

* Is your connection slow?
Kindly perform a speed test using a single connected device only to ensure accurate results based on the speed subscribed to your account, without any other active usage.
* You may check your speed via:
🌐 Speedtest.net

* Please make sure that your device is connected to the 5G WiFi network during testing.

* May we also ask you to check the number of connected devices on your modem?
(Access your modem settings and view the connected device list on the home page.)

* Are there unknown devices connected to your modem?
If yes, we highly advise changing your WiFi credentials such as:
* WiFi Name (SSID)
* WiFi Password

* You may also limit the number of connected devices to help improve connection stability.

* Additionally, please try refreshing/restarting your modem to help clear cache and refresh the connection.
